目的 对比分析国内外标准化护理语言领域的研究热点及前沿趋势,为今后相关研究提供参考和指引.方法 运用 CiteSpace6．1．R2软件对2000年1月至2022年6月在中国知网、万方、维普和 WebofScience核心数据集收录的关于标准化护理语言的中英文文献进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入中文文献447篇、英文文献719篇.结果显示,国外研究主要聚焦于标准化语言的信效度检验、临床应用和护理电子病历开发与应用等方面,基于标准化语言的大数据分析及验证标准化语言对患者结局影响的研究成为前沿趋势;国内研究热点集中在以标准化护理语言为框架的临床护理实践方面,临床护理分类系统 (clinicalcareclassification,CCC)相关研究是研究前沿.结论 标准化语言是信息化建设的基础,我国护理研究者今后可基于标准化护理语言优化护理电子病历,并进一步探索护理决策支持系统的构建.

Objective To compare and analyze the research hotspots and trends in standardized nursing terminology (SNT),and to provide a reference and guidance for future related research. Methods For visualization analysis using CiteSpace 6.1.R2,the Chinese and English literature on SNT published in CNKI,WanFang,VIP and Web of Science Core Collection was selected from January 2000 to June 2022. Results A total of 447 Chinese and 719 English articles were included.The results showed that foreign research mainly focuses on the reliability and validity test of SNT,clinical application,and the development and application of nursing electronic medical records.Data analysis based on SNT and research to verify the impact of SNT on patient outcomes had become a frontier trend.The research focused on clinical nursing practice based on SNT,and research related to clinical care classification (CCC) was the research frontier. Conclusions SNT is the foundation of nursing informatics.Nursing researchers in China will be able to optimize electronic health records based on SNT in the future,as well as explore the construction and development of nursing decision support systems.
