目的 对基于虚拟现实技术的居家康复训练在脑瘫患儿中应用的研究进行范围审查，以全面了解其康复训练的优势与不足。 方法 按照范围综述写作指南， 在9个中英文数据库检索2021年8月31日以前发表的相关文献，对结果进行筛选、汇总和分析。 结果 纳入30篇文献，对其发表时间、研究地点、研究类型、干预方法、干预时长及效果进行总结分析。 结论 虚拟现实技术对患儿功能恢复有积极作用， 建议未来开发更多个性化的康复项目，在治疗团队指导下制定合适的训练计划。

Objective To do a scoping review of virtual reality-based rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy at home， and to comprehensively understand the pros and cons of virtual reality-based rehabilitation training. Methods According to the scope review writing guidelines,relevant articles published before August 31,2021 were retrieved from 9 Chinese and English databases,and the results were screened,summarized and analyzed. Results Thirty articles were included,and the publication time,study location,study type,intervention methods,intervention duration and effects were summarized and analyzed. Conclusions Virtual reality technology has a positive effect on the functional recovery of children.It is suggested to develop more personalized rehabilitation projects in the future and develop appropriate training plans under the guidance of the treatment team.
