目的 检索、评价并总结成人患者经皮内镜下胃造口护理的最佳证据。 方法 系统检索国内外文献数据库及网站中关于成人患者经皮内镜下胃造口护理的指南、系统评价、临床决策、推荐实践及原始研究等。 结果 共纳入13篇文献，其中指南4篇、系统评价2篇、推荐实践4篇、证据总结1篇、临床决策2篇。汇总了围术期护理、经皮内镜下胃造口管道护理、营养液及药物饲入、并发症处理、导管更换、患者及照护者的宣教等6个方面的25条推荐意见。 结论 总结了成人患者经皮内镜下胃造口护理的最佳证据，可为规范化护理提供循证依据，旨在降低相关并发症的发生，保证患者安全。

Objective To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidence of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG) nursing for adult patients. Methods All the evidences of PEG nursing for adult patients were systematically searched from domestic and foreign literature databases and websites,including guidelines,systematic reviews,meta-analyses,clinical decisions,recommended practices and original studies,etc. Results A total of 13 articles were enrolled,including 4 guidelines,2 systematic reviews,4 recommended practice,1 evidence summary and 2 clinical decisions.Finally,25 items of best evidence were synthesized into 6 categories including perioperative care,gastrostomy tube care,enteral tube feeding/medication administration,postoperative complications,caregiver education. Conclusions The best evidence of PEG nursing for adult patients can provide evidence-based basis for standardized nursing,and reduce the occurrence of related complications and ensure the safety of patients.
