目的 探究低年级本科护生专业态度与职业成熟度在其素质希望与职业认同感间的中介效应。 方法 2019年1月,便利抽样法选取沈阳市某医科大学本科1~2年级146名护生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、专业态度问卷、职业成熟度问卷、护生职业认同问卷及素质希望问卷对其进行调查。 结果 低年级本科护生职业认同感、专业态度、职业成熟度及素质希望条目均分分别为(3.51±0.53)、(3.52±0.44)、(3.24±0.30)分及(2.84±0.30)分,其职业认同感与专业态度(r=0.394)、职业成熟度(r=0.250)及素质希望(r=0.365)均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。专业态度与职业成熟度在素质希望与职业认同感间发挥中介效应和链式中介效应,中介效应值占总效应值的30.80%。 结论 护理教育者应积极培养低年级本科护生的素质希望能力,端正其专业态度,提高其职业成熟度,进而提升其职业认同感,推动护理人才培养高质量发展。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the mediating effect of professional attitude and career maturity of junior nursing undergraduates between dispositional hope and career identity. Methods A total of 146 nursing undergraduates in grades 1 and 2 of a medical university in Shenyang were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method in January 2019.The general information questionnaire,professional attitude questionnaire,professional maturity questionnaire,professional identity questionnaire,and dispositional hope questionnaire were used to for a survey . Results The average scores of professional identity,professional attitude,professional maturity,and dispositional hope items of nursing undergraduates were(3.51±0.53),(3.52±0.44),(3.24±0.30),and(2.84±0.30) respectively.The professional identity is positively correlated with professional attitude(r=0.394),professional maturity(r=0.250),and dispositional hope(r=0.365)(all P<0.01).Professional attitude and professional maturity play an intermediary role and a chain mediating role between dispositional hope and professional identity,accounting for 30.80%. Conclusions Nursing educators should actively cultivate the quality hope ability of junior nursing undergraduates,correct their professional attitude and improve their professional maturity,to enhance their professional identity and promote the high-quality development of nursing personnel training.
