目的 分析中药熏洗护理领域已发表的相关文章，了解其研究热点和研究趋势，为未来开展精准化中药熏洗护理干预提供新思路。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊官网、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of science等中英文数据库建库至2023年12月发表的中药熏洗护理的相关文献，应用CiteSpace 6.2.R 7软件对作者、机构及关键词等进行分析。结果 共纳入1918篇中文文献、47篇英文文献；对作者和机构分析发现，目前已经形成肖红团队及李芳团队，江苏省中医院是发文量最多的机构；研究热点及趋势集中在受众人群、应用病种、症状管理、改善患者结局指标等方面。结论 当前中药熏洗护理领域发展较快，关注患者心理状态及提升患者生活质量是该领域的研究趋势；未来应继续加深作者和机构之间的合作，加快中药熏洗护理创新性发展。

Objective To analyze the published articles in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) fumigation and washing nursing,to explore its research hotspots and trends,and to provide new ideas for the future development of precise TCM fumigation and washing nursing intervention. Methods The related literatures of TCM fumigation and washing nursing published in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database and Web of Science were retrieved.The retrieval time was from inceptions to December 2023.CiteSpace 6.2.R7 software was used to analyze the authors,institutions and key words.Results A total of 1918 Chinese articles and 47 English articles were included.Through the analysis of the authors and institutions,it was found that Xiao Hong’s team and Li Fang’s team were the top 2 teams and Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the institution with the largest number of publications.The research hotspots and trends focused on the audience,the application of disease,symptom management,and improvement of patient outcome indicators.Conclusions At present,the field of TCM fumigation and washing nursing is developing rapidly.The psychological state of patients and improving the quality of life of patients are the research trends in this field.In the future,further cooperation between authors and institutions can be conducted to accelerate the innovative development of TCM fumigation and washing nursing.
