目的 探索海上卫勤保障期间后送护士的核心能力特征要素，为海上后送护士人才培养提供参考依据。 方法 2023年2-5月，采用质性研究的方法，对海上卫勤保障期间参与实际后送任务的8名护士、2名医疗行政管理者和5名医师进行半结构式访谈，运用内容分析法进行归纳分析并提炼主题。 结果 海上后送护士的核心能力可归纳为5大主题：知识、技术、能力、个性、价值观。 结论 海上后送护士需具备多方面的核心能力，应重视和加强对其以上5项核心能力的培养，以适应海上护理卫勤保障发展的需求。

Objective To explore the characteristics of core competence of evacuation nurses in navy during medical service support and to provide reference for the training.Methods From February to May 2023，with qualitative research methods，semi-structured interviews were conducted among 8 nurses,2 medical administrators and 5 physicians who participated in the actual evacuation tasks during the period of medical service support.Content analysis was used to summarize and extract the theme.Results The core competence of evacuation nurses in navy can be summarized into five themes：knowledge,technology,ability,personality and values.Conclusions The core competences of evacuation nurses in navy are comprehensive.It is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen these core competences,so as to meet the needs of the development of naval nursing and medical service support.
