目的 探讨类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）患者身体形象障碍的真实感受，为其干预方案的制订提供参考。方法 采用现象学研究方法，以目的抽样法选取宁夏某三级甲等医院15例RA患者进行半结构式访谈，采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果 共提炼出4个主题：身体外观改变的感知；身体外观改变的负性体验；对未来的担忧；适应接受并心存希望。结论 医护人员应重视RA患者的身体形象障碍问题，并针对其身体外观、肢体功能及遗传担忧等方面进行干预。

Objective To explore body image disorder among patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to provide reference for intervention plans.Methods A phenomenological study was conducted and purposive sampling method used to select 15 patients with RA from a tertiary A hospital in Ningxia for semi-structured interviews.The Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used for data analysis.Results 4 themes were extracted,including perception of changes in physical appearance,negative experience of changes in the area,worries about the future,adaptive acceptance and maintenance of hope.Conclusions Medical staff should pay attention to the body image disturbance of patients with RA,and intervene in their appearance,limb function and genetic concern,etc.
