[摘要]
目的 总结成人经鼻肠管菌群移植护理的最佳证据。方法 检索国内外数据库及肠道相关协会网站中关于成人经鼻肠管菌群移植护理的临床决策、指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价及临床实践，检索时限为建库至2024年8月。结果 共纳入13篇文献，其中指南3篇、专家共识9篇、随机对照试验1篇，包含4个类别，共24条证据。结论 总结的成人经鼻肠管菌群移植护理的最佳证据可为临床医护人员实施菌群移植提供循证依据。

[Abstract]
Objective To summarize the best evidence on fecal microbiota transplantation technology by naso-jejunal tube in adults.Methods A systematic search was conducted from databases and websites of intestinal associations.The search time is from the establishment of the database to August 2024.Results A total of 13 articles were included, including 3 guidelines,9 expert consensus,1 RCT. 24 pieces of evidence were summarized in 4 categories.Conclusions This summary provides an evidence-based foundation for clinical medical nurse to implement fecal microbiota transplantation.
