目的 分析并阐明安宁疗护护士共情疲劳的概念内涵。方法 检索PubMed、Embase、PsycINFO、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中安宁疗护护士共情疲劳的相关文献。应用Walker和Avant概念分析法对纳入文献进行分析。结果 共纳入60篇文献，安宁疗护护士共情疲劳具有4个概念属性：多层次情感劳动、社会疏离、职业信念挑战、共情递减性；前因包括患者因素、工作环境因素及护士因素；后果包括影响护士身心健康、影响安宁疗护服务质量和患者安全、影响护患关系及影响安宁疗护护士队伍的稳定性。结论 通过概念分析明确了安宁疗护护士共情疲劳的概念属性，未来研究可结合其概念内涵，进行更为全面、深入的研究。

Objective To analyze and clarify the concept of compassion fatigue among palliative care nurses.Methods Relevant literature on compassion fatigue among palliative care nurses was retrieved from PubMed,Embase,PsycINFO,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP.Walker and Avant’s concept analysis method was used to analyze the concept of compassion fatigue.Results A total of 60 articles were included.Four attributes were identified: multi-level emotional labor,social isolation,challenge of professional beliefs,and decreased empathy.Antecedents included patients，working environment,and nurses.The consequences included impacts on nurses’ physical and mental health,the quality of palliative care,patient safety,nurse-patient relationships,and the stability of the hospice nurse workforce.Conclusions The concept analysis identifies the attributes of compassion fatigue among palliative care nurses，and future research could incorporate its conceptual connotations for a more comprehensive and in-depth study.
