目的 探讨耳穴压豆对老年肺癌患者多日化疗所致恶心呕吐的辅助治疗效果，为缓解患者相关临床症状提供新方法。方法 2023年4月至2024年3月，采用便利抽样法选取山东省某三级甲等医院呼吸科首次化疗并采取多日化疗方案的老年肺癌患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=116）和观察组（n=113），对照组采用西药止吐，观察组在此基础上实施耳穴压豆。观察两组化疗第1~3天及化疗结束后第1~5天化疗相关恶心、呕吐及伴随症状发生情况。结果 两组患者的恶心和呕吐发生率及严重程度在时间、组别上的差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；观察组在腹胀、腹泻等伴随症状的发生率上均低于对照组，而恶心呕吐的完全缓解率高于对照组（42.5% vs. 25.9%），差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；1级不良反应发生率仅为6.56%。结论 耳穴压豆可辅助治疗老年肺癌患者多日化疗所致恶心呕吐，并缓解化疗相关伴随症状，安全性较高。

Objective To explore the auxiliary therapeutic effect of auricular acupressure on nausea and vomiting caused by multi-day chemotherapy in elderly patients with lung cancer,and to provide a new method for alleviating the clinical symptoms of related patients.Methods From April 2023 to March 2024,elderly lung cancer patients who received their first chemotherapy and adopted a multi-day chemotherapy regimen in the Respiratory Department of a tertiary A hospital in Shandong Province were selected by the convenience sampling method.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=116) and an observation group(n=113) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine for antiemesis,while the observation group received extra auricular acupressure.The occurrence of chemotherapy-related nausea,vomiting and accompanying symptoms on the 1st to 3rd days of chemotherapy and the 1st to 5th days after chemotherapy was observed in both groups.Results The differences in the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting between the two groups over time and between groups were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The incidence of accompanying symptoms such as abdominal distension and diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the complete remission rate of nausea and vomiting was higher than that in the control group(42.5% vs. 25.9%),and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05);the incidence of grade 1 adverse reactions was only 6.56%.Conclusions Auricular acupressure can assist in the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by multi-day chemotherapy in elderly patients with lung cancer,and alleviate the accompanying symptoms related to chemotherapy,with high safety.
