目的 通过CiteSpace可视化分析探究儿童青少年群体社交焦虑相关研究的现况、热点及未来趋势，为相关领域研究提供参考。方法 以Web of Science核心合集数据库、中国知网数据库为数据来源，检索2000-2024年有关儿童青少年社交焦虑的文献，应用CiteSpace 6.1.R6对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入439篇英文文献、280篇中文文献。2000-2024年儿童青少年社交焦虑文献数量呈波动上升趋势。热点领域与前沿趋势主要集中在流行病学及合并症调查、病因及易感因素、相关心理和行为表现及干预措施方面。结论 目前对于儿童青少年社交焦虑的研究仍处于探索阶段。未来研究者可结合我国医疗卫生背景，加强国内外交流合作，设计有针对性的干预措施，缓解儿童青少年社交焦虑

Objective To explore the current status,hotspots and future trends of social anxiety(SA) related research in children and adolescents through CiteSpace visual analysis,and to provide reference for related research fields.Methods Using Web of Science Core Collection and CNKI as data sources,literature on children and adolescents’ SA from 2000 to 2024 was retrieved,and the included literature was visually analyzed by Cite Space 6.1.R6.Results A total of 439 English-language and 280 Chinese-language articles were included.The number of articles on SA in children and adolescents from 2000 to 2024 showed a fluctuating upward trend.The hotspots and cutting-edge trends mainly focused on the investigation of current status and comorbidities,etiology and susceptibility factors,related psychological and behavioral manifestations,and intervention measures.Conclusions At present,the research on SA in children and adolescents is still in the exploratory stage.In the future,researchers can strengthen exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad based on the medical and health background of China,and design targeted interventions to alleviate SA in children and adolescents.
