目的 汉化癌症患者家庭照顾者照顾能力量表（caring ability of family caregivers of patients with cancer scale，CAFCPCS），并检验其信效度，形成符合我国老年癌症患者家庭照顾者照顾能力的评估工具。方法 采用Brislin翻译模型翻译、回译，通过专家咨询、预调查调适、修订量表。2023年3-6月对安徽省2市2所三级甲等医院4个院区的393名老年癌症患者家庭照顾者进行调查，检验量表的信效度。结果 中文版CAFCPCS 包括有效的角色扮演、疲劳和屈服、生活失衡、不确定感、照顾知识缺乏等5个维度24个条目。总量表及各维度的Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.853和0.602~0.905；量表条目内容效度指数为0.867~1.000、量表平均内容效度指数为0.953。探索性因子分析共提取5个因子，方差贡献率为59.799%。验证性因子分析结果提示模型拟合较理想。结论 中文版CAFCPCS信效度良好，可作为评估我国老年癌症患者家庭照顾者照顾能力的工具。

Objective To translate the caring ability of family caregivers of patients with cancer scale (CAFCPCS) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity，and to formulate an assessment tool in line with the care ability of family caregivers of elderly cancer patients.Methods The Brislin translation model was used for translation and back-translation，and the scale was adjusted and revised through expert consultation and pre-survey.From March to June 2023，393 family caregivers of elderly cancer patients from 4 districts of 2 tertiary A hospitals in 2 cities of Anhui Province were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The Chinese version of CAFCPCS included 24 items in 5 dimensions: effective role play，fatigue and submission，life imbalance，uncertainty，and lack of care knowledge.The Cronbach’s α coefficients of the total scale and each dimension were 0.853 and 0.602-0.905，respectively.The content validity index of the scale items was 0.867 to 1.000，and the average content validity index of the scale was 0.953.A total of 5 factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis，and the variance contribution rate was 59.799%.Confirmatory factor analysis results suggested that the model fit was satisfactory.Conclusions The Chinese version of CAFCPCS has good reliability and validity，and can be used as a tool to assess the care ability of family caregivers of elderly cancer patients in China.
