目的 评价乳腺癌患者身体意象测评工具的测量学属性，并对评价强度进行评级，构成推荐意见，为临床实践提供循证基础。方法 检索Embase、PubMed及Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于乳腺癌患者身体意象测评工具的研究，检索时间均为建库至2024年2月。基于共识驱动的健康测量工具选择标准（consensus-driven criteria for selecting instruments in health measurement,COSMIN）指南，系统评价纳入文献中工具的方法学质量和测量性能。 结果 共纳入27项研究，涉及10个乳腺癌患者身体意象测评工具，其中普适性3个，特异性7个。测评工具推荐等级评定结果显示，B级5个、C级5个。结论 各测评工具涉及的测量学性能检验方法存在一定问题，测量学性能的方法学质量存在差异。医护人员在选择工具时，需综合考虑不同工具的特点及其潜在缺陷。

Objective To evaluate the measurement properties of body image assessment tools for breast cancer patients and to grade the strength of the evaluations to form recommendations,and to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical practice.Methods A search was conducted in Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database for studies on body image assessment tools for breast cancer patients,with the search period ranging from the inceptions to February 2024.Based on the Consensus-driven Criteria for Selecting Instruments in Health Measurement(COSMIN) guidelines,a systematic review was conducted to evaluate the methodological quality and measurement properties of the included literature.Results A total of 27 studies were included,with 10 body intention assessment tools for breast cancer patients.There were 3 generalizations and 7 specificities.The evaluation tool recommendation rating results show that there are 5 grade B and 5 grade C.Conclusions There are some problems in the measurement performance testing methods involved in each measurement tool,and the methodological quality of the measurement performance of each scale is different.The characteristics and potential defects of different scales should be considered comprehensively when selecting tools.
