目的 系统评价脑卒中患者就医延迟的原因，为制订促进患者及时就医的的管理策略提供依据。 方法 检索 Web of Science、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学等数据库中脑卒中患者就医延迟的质性研究文献，检索时限自建库至2023年10月。 结果 共纳入16篇研究，提炼出27个研究结果，归纳为9个类别，整合成3个结果：决策延迟、转运延迟、院内延迟。 结论 就医延迟严重影响卒中患者的预后及生存质量，通过加强卒中知识的普及宣传、提供有效的家庭与社会支持、完善医疗体系建设等措施，可减少卒中患者就医延迟，提升患者的早期诊治率。

Objective To systematically evaluate the causes of delayed medical care for stroke patients so as to provide a basis for the development of management strategies to promote timely medical care for patients.Methods Literature related to qualitative studies on delayed medical care for stroke patients was searched in the databases of Web of Science，PubMed，The Cochrane Library，CINAHL，CNKI，VIP，Wanfang and CBM from the inception to October，2023.Results A total of 16 studies were included，and 27 findings were extracted，grouped into 9 categories，and integrated into 3 outcomes：decision-making delay，transfer delay，and in-hospital delay.Conclusions Delay in seeking medical care seriously affects the prognosis and quality of survival of stroke patients，which can be reduced and the rate of early diagnosis and treatment of patients can be improved by strengthening the dissemination of stroke knowledge and publicity，providing effective family and social support，and improving the construction of the healthcare system.
