[摘要]
目的探讨5E临床教学模式,即吸引(engagement)、探索(exploration)、解释(explanation)、拓展(elaboration)和评价(evaluation)对实习护生学习投入及学习效果的影响。 方法便利抽样选取2024年4—10月在上海市某三级甲等医院实习的护生,将48名采用5E临床教学模式的护生设为干预组,将48名采用常规临床教学模式的护生设为对照组,对比分析两组在临床理论考核、操作考核及学习投入方面的差异,评估两种教学模式的效果。 结果干预组护生在理论成绩、学习奉献维度、专注维度以及学习投入得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。 结论 5E临床教学模式通过分阶段、针对性的教学策略,有效激发护生的学习兴趣和主动性,显著提高护生的学业成绩,并培养其自主学习能力。

Objective To explore the impact of the 5E clinical Teaching Model-Engagement,Exploration,Explanation,Elaboration,and Evaluation-on nursing students’ learning engagement and learning outcomes.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select nursing students who were interning at a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanghai from April to October 2024.A cohort of 48 nursing students who were taught using the 5E clinical Teaching Model were setas the experimental group,while 48 nursing students taught through conventional clinical teaching Methods were set as the control group.The effectiveness of the different teaching approaches was evaluated by comparing the two groups’ clinical theory assessment,practical skills assessment,and levels of learning engagement.Results Findings revealed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in theoretical scores,as well as in dimensions of learning engagement,focus,and overall engagement,with statistically significant differences( P <0.05).Conclusions The 5E clinical Teaching Model,characterized by its sequential and targeted instructional strategies,can effectively enhance nursing students’ learning interest and initiative,academic achievement,and independent learning skills.
