目的 检索、分析并总结轻中度帕金森病患者认知功能运动干预的相关证据，为临床实践提供借鉴。 方法 按照证据资源“6S”模型，检索指南、专业学会网站和数据库中有关运动干预轻中度帕金森病患者认知功能的相关证据，检索时限自建库至2023年12月。对纳入的文献筛选、质量评价、提取和汇总。 结果 共纳入20篇文献，其中3篇指南、2篇专家共识、15篇系统评价，从认知评估、改善各认知域的运动种类及参数、运动安全及注意事项3个方面汇总18条最佳证据。 结论 医护人员应结合患者个体化需求和临床具体情况，根据证据指导患者的运动，减缓其认知水平下降。

Objective To search for,analyze and summarize the evidence of intervention of exercises on cognitive function in patients with mild to moderate Parkinson’s disease（PD） to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods According to the 6S Model of evidence resources, cognitive evidence on the topic was searched in guidelines,professional society websites and databases,with the retrieval period from inception to December 2023.The literature was screened,evaluated,extracted and summarized.Results 20 articles, containing 3 guidelines,2 expert consensuses and 15 systematic evaluations were included,and 18 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 3 aspects:cognitive assessment,types and parameters of exercises which improve cognition,safety of exercises and precautions.Conclusions With regard to the specific needs and clinical conditions of patients, medical staff should give advice on patients’ exercises according to the evidence,in order to slow down their cognitive decline.
