目的 分析并阐明癌症幸存者及其主要照顾者同步赋能概念内涵。方法 检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Web of Science、SpringerLink、MEDLINE中癌症幸存者及其照顾者同步赋能相关研究，应用Walker & Avant概念分析法对纳入文献进行分析。结果 共纳入29篇文献，确定癌症幸存者及其主要照顾者同步赋能定义属性为癌症幸存者-主要照顾者共同体确立、尊重与合作关系形成、知识与技能获取、癌症症状同步管理；前因包括个体、人际及社区因素；结局包括增强癌症幸存者及其主要照顾者的癌症症状管理能力、提升双方积极心理状态、促进家庭关系稳定。结论 癌症幸存者及其主要照顾者同步赋能是癌症患者实现良好自我管理的重要手段，护理人员应结合癌症幸存者及其主要照顾者同步赋能概念内涵，制订相应干预策略，以提升癌症幸存者生活质量。

Objective To analyze and clarify the conceptual connotation of synchronous empowerment for cancer survivors and their primary caregivers.Methods Relevant studies on synchronous empowerment for cancer survivors and their primary caregivers were systematically retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of Science,SpringerLink,and MEDLINE.The Walker & Avant concept analysis method was employed to analyze the included studies.Results A total of 29 articles were included.The defining attributes of synchronous empowerment for cancer survivors and their primary caregivers were identified as the establishment of a community of cancer survivors-primary caregivers,the formation of respectful and cooperative relationship,the acquisition of knowledge and skill,and the synchronized management of cancer symptoms.Antecedents encompassed individual,interpersonal and community-level factors.Outcomes included enhanced cancer symptom management abilities for both patients and caregivers,improved positive psychological states for both parties,and promotion of stable family relationships.Conclusions Synchronous empowerment of cancer survivors and their primary caregivers serves as an important means for cancer patients to achieve effective self-management.Nursing staff should develop targeted intervention strategies based on this conceptual framework to improve the quality of life for cancer survivors.
