目的 探讨儿童及青少年癌症患者对社会参与的认知及体验。方法 2023年9-12月，采用目的抽样法选取郑州市某三级甲等医院的16例儿童及青少年癌症患者为研究对象，运用半结构访谈法收集资料，并用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析。结果 儿童及青少年癌症患者对社会参与的认知及体验可归纳为4个主题：癌症治疗引起的社会性断裂、儿童及青少年癌症患者社会参与的主要表现是学校参与、儿童及青少年癌症患者对社会参与概念的主要认知是人际互动、儿童及青少年癌症患者疾病语境下的社会参与困境。结论 儿童及青少年癌症患者在治疗过程中存在明显的社会参与受限，未来应关注儿童及青少年癌症患者治疗期间的社会参与情况，提供系统性、多层次的干预策略。

Objective To explore the perception and experience of social participation among children and adolescents with cancer.Methods A purposive sampling method was used to select 16 children and adolescents with cancer from a tertiary A hospital in Zhengzhou.Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data,and Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method was employed for analysis.Results The perception and experience of social participation among children and adolescents with cancer were categorized into four themes:social disconnection induced by cancer treatment,school participation as the primary manifestation of social engagement,interpersonal interaction as the core perception of social participation,and challenges of social participation within the illness context.Conclusions Children and adolescents with cancer experience significant limitations in social participation during treatment.Future interventions should focus on improving their social engagement through systematic and multi-level strategies during cancer therapy.
