目的 了解产科抗磷脂综合征（obstetric antiphospholipid sydrome，OAPS）孕妇的妊娠体验。方法 2023年9-12月，采用目的抽样法选取某三级甲等妇产医院收治的17例OAPS孕妇为研究对象，对其进行半结构式访谈，使用Colaizzi的现象学7步分析法提炼主题。结果 OAPS孕妇的妊娠体验共归纳出4个主题：妊娠过程中存在多重困境；妊娠期用药自我管理困难；妊娠过程中的回避与应对；存在多种未满足需求。结论 医护人员应重视OAPS孕妇妊娠过程中的身心体验，给予其科学、有针对性的妊娠期管理，以促进母婴安全。

Objective To explore the pregnancy experience of women with obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome(OAPS).Methods The purposive sampling method was used to select 17 pregnant women with OAPS admitted to a tertiary A maternity hospital from September to December 2023.Semi-structured interviews were conducted and Colaizzi 7-step phenomenological analysis method was used to extract themes.Results Four themes were extracted:multiple difficulties during pregnancy;difficulties in self-management of medication during pregnancy;avoidance and coping strategies during pregnancy;and various unmet needs.Conclusions Healthcare professionals should pay attention to the physical and psychological experiences of pregnant women with OAPS,providing them with scientific and targeted pregnancy management to promote maternal and fetal safety.
