目的 探究孕产妇对互联网孕产期护理科普信息质量期望要点,为医护人员持续提高科普信息质量提供依据.方法 采用描述性质性研究方法,以目的抽样法选取2024年5-8月在北京市3所三级甲等医院建档产检、住院及分娩的孕产妇 28名为研究对象,对其进行半结构化访谈,采用内容分析法进行资料分析.结果 提炼出护理信息发布者质量、护理信息内容质量、护理信息表现质量、护理信息效用质量和护理信息平台质量5个主题以及20个亚主题.结论 产科护士为孕产妇创作互联网护理科普信息时,应充分考虑其对信息质量的多种期望,从而推动信息质量全面提升.

Objective To explore the key points of pregnant and postpartum women’s expectations of quality of internet nursing science popularization information，and to provide a basis for medical staff to continuously improve the quality of such information.Methods A descriptive qualitative research method was adopted.From May to August 2024，28 pregnant and postpartum women who had established medical records，undergone prenatal check-ups，been hospitalized，or given birth in 3 tertiary A hospitals in Beijing were selected by the purposive sampling method.Semi-structured interviews were conducted，and the data were analyzed using content analysis.Results A total of 5 themes and 20 sub-themes were extracted，including the quality of the information publisher，the quality of the information content，the quality of information presentation，the quality of information utility，and the quality of the information platform.Conclusions Obstetric nurses should fully consider the multiple expectations of pregnant and postpartum women for information quality when creating internet nursing science popularization information so as to promote an overall improvement in information quality.
