目的 系统评价和整合阴茎癌患者诊断后疾病体验及需求的质性研究，为制订以阴茎癌患者护理需求为导向的护理策略提供参考。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库关于阴茎癌患者疾病体验及需求的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2025年11月，采用汇集整合法进行结果整合。结果 共纳入9篇文献，提炼出26个研究结果，归纳10个研究类别，合并为4个整合结果：延迟就医与诊断、男性与亲密关系的重建、心理体验、康复过程中的需求。结论 阴茎癌患者面对生理、心理的变化缺乏有效决策能力，易产生负性情绪，具有复杂需求，医护人员应该制订辅助决策关注阴茎癌患者的身心健康，提高患者的自我管理水平，改善患者生活质量，以构建阴茎癌患者以需求为导向的延续性护理方案。

Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate qualitative studies on the disease experience and needs of patients after diagnosis of penile cancer(PC),so as to provide reference for formulating nursing strategies oriented to such patients.Methods Qualitative studies on the disease experience and needs of PC patients were retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and China Biomedical Literature Database,with the search period from inception to November 2025.The pooled integration method was used for result synthesis.Results A total of 9 articles were included,26 research findings extracted,which were summarized into 10 research categories and merged into 4 integrated findings:delayed medical consultation and diagnosis,reconstruction of masculinity and intimate relationships,psychological experience,and needs in the rehabilitation process.Conclusions PC Patients lack effective decision-making abilities in the face of physiological and psychological changes.They are prone to negative emotions and have complex needs.Medical staff should develop supportive decision-making strategies,focus on the physical and mental health of such patients,improve their self-management level and quality of life,so as to construct a needs-oriented continuous nursing plan.
