目的 系统评价儿童结核病患者家庭照顾者的照护体验。方法 检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库中相关质性研究，检索时限为建库至2025年12月。结果 共纳入12篇文献，提取27个主题，归纳为8个类别，整合成3个结果：多维耗竭与生活秩序崩解，在制度刚性与支持断裂中寻求生存支点，意义、技能与希望的生成。结论 儿童结核病家庭照顾者承受多重压力，但能通过认知重构与技能创新实现主动照护。医护人员应加强个体化赋能、推行家庭为中心的服务模式，并完善政策支持与去污名化宣传，以减轻照顾者负担。

Objective To systematically evaluate the caregiving experience of family caregivers of children with tuberculosis.Methods Qualitative studies were retrieved from databases including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and the China Biomedical Literature Database,with the search period from inception to December 2025.Results A total of 12 articles were included,from which 27 themes were extracted,summarized into 8 categories,and integrated into 3 key findings: multidimensional exhaustion and the collapse of life order,seeking a foothold for survival amidst institutional rigidity and support fractures,and the generation of meaning,skills,and hope.Conclusions Family caregivers of children with tuberculosis face multiple pressures but can achieve active caregiving through cognitive reconstruction and skill innovation.Healthcare professionals should strengthen individualized empowerment,promote family-centered service models,and improve policy support and anti-stigma campaigns to alleviate the burden on such caregivers.
