目的 探讨孤独症谱系障碍（autism spectrum disorder, ASD）儿童父母经济毒性的体验及感受，为制订干预措施和完善政策支持提供参考。方法 2025年1-4月，采用目的抽样法，通过微信公众号面向全国招募正在进行干预治疗的12名ASD儿童的父母为访谈对象；对其进行半结构式访谈，并运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果 ASD儿童父母的经济毒性体验归纳为3个主题：经济毒性导致的复杂内在体验；家庭生活模式的多维转变；对支持系统的多样化需求。结论 ASD儿童父母在经济毒性下面临多重困境，医护人员应关注其心理体验与需求，从个体、家庭及社会层面提供综合支持，以改善其经济毒性体验。

Objective To explore the experience and perception of economic hardship among parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and to provide reference for developing intervention and improving policy support. Methods From January to April 2025, a purposive sampling method was used to recruit 12 parents of children with ASD undergoing intervention treatment nationwide through a WeChat public account for semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method.Results The experience of economic hardship among parents of children with ASD was summarized into 3 themes: complex internal experience resulting from economic hardship; multidimensional changes in family life patterns; diverse needs for support systems.Conclusions Parents of children with ASD face multiple dilemmas under economic hardship. Healthcare professionals should pay attention to their psychological experiences and needs, and provide comprehensive support at the individual, family, and social levels to improve their experience of economic hardship.
