在癌症患者的照护管理中,有效的医患沟通是整体照护质量的关键因素。2024年,欧洲肿瘤内科学会(European Society for Medical Oncology,ESMO)发布的《癌症长期照护中的患者与照护者沟通支持:ESMO临床实践指南》围绕临床沟通的本质、医患角色的心理特点、沟通支持策略及沟通培训优化等维度,提出了26条A级和31条B级证据建议。本文旨在对该指南进行解读,以期为我国肿瘤领域医护人员临床沟通实践提供参考。

In the care management of cancer patients,effective doctor-patient communication is a key factor in the overall quality of care.In 2024,the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) released "Communication and Support of Patients and Caregivers in Chronic Cancer Care:ESMO Clinical Practice Guideline," which proposed 26 level A and 31 level B evidence-based recommendations covering the essence of clinical communication,psychological characteristics of doctor-patient roles,communication support strategies,and optimization of communication training.This article aims to interpret the guideline and provide reference for clinical communication practice among oncology healthcare professionals in China.
