目的 研发HIV/AIDS患者社会支持测评工具(the HIV-related social support scale,HSSS)并评价其心理测量学属性。方法 通过文献回顾、半结构化访谈构建条目池,经过2轮Delphi专家咨询形成初稿。基于认知性访谈进行内容效度评价,计算Cronbach's α系数评价内在一致性,通过验证性因子分析进行结构效度评价。结果 HSSS共包括25个条目,量表可理解性、相关性和全面性良好。总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.98,结构效度:卡方自由度比(χ2/df)为3.90,近似误差均方根(root mean square error of approximation,RMSEA)为0.09,标准拟合指数(normed fit index,NFI)为0.92,相对拟合指数(relative fit index,RFI)为0.91,增量拟合指数(incremental fit index,IFI)为0.94,非规范拟合指数(Tucker-Lewis index,TLI)为0.93,比较拟合指数(comparative fit index,CFI)为0.94,简约规范拟合指数(parsimonious normed fit index,PNFI)为0.81,简效比较拟合指数(parsimony comparative fit index,PCFI)为0.83。结论 HSSS心理测量学属性可靠,可作为HIV患者社会支持相关研究的特异性测评工具。

Objective To develop an HIV-related social support scale(HSSS) and to evaluate its psychometric properties.Methods An item pool was constructed through literature review and semi-structured interviews.A preliminary version was formed after 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Content validity was evaluated based on cognitive interviews.Internal consistency was assessed by calculating Cronbach's α coefficient.Construct validity was evaluated through confirmatory factor analysis.Results The HSSS consisted of 25 items, demonstrating good comprehensibility, relevance, and comprehensiveness. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.98.Construct validity results were as follows:chi-square/degrees of freedom ratio(χ2/df) was 3.90;root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) was 0.09;normed fit index (NFI) was 0.92;relative fit index (RFI) was 0.91;incremental fit index (IFI) was 0.94;Tucker-Lewis index (TLI) was 0.93;comparative fit index (CFI) was 0.94;parsimonious normed fit index (PNFI) was 0.81;parsimony comparative fit index (PCFI) was 0.83.Conclusions The HSSS has reliable psychometric properties and can be used as a specific assessment tool for social support-related research in people living with HIV.
