目的 了解失能老人老老照护者社会疏离的真实体验,为完善失能老人照护体系提供参考依据。方法 2024年12月至2025年4月,采用目的抽样法选取广西某医院及社区、村庄中的18名失能老人老老照护者为研究对象,对其进行半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果 失能老人老老照护者的社会疏离体验可归纳为社会疏离的核心体验、社会疏离的多维成因剖析、社会疏离情境下的应对需求3个主题及10个亚主题。结论 失能老人老老照护者的社会疏离是多重因素叠加作用的结果,亟需专业人员加强风险识别,构建多元化支持网络,推动多部门协作建立系统性融入机制,助力老老照护者融入社会。

Objective To understand the real experience of social isolation among senior caregivers of disabled elderly,and to provide reference for improving the caregiving system for disabled elderly.Methods From December 2024 to April 2025,purposive sampling was used to select 18 senior caregivers of disabled elderly from communities,villages,and a hospital in Guangxi.Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and data were analyzed using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results The social isolation experience of senior caregivers of disabled elderly could be summarized into 3 themes and 10 subthemes:the core experience of social isolation,analysis of multidimensional causes of social isolation,and coping needs in the context of social isolation.Conclusions Social isolation among senior caregivers of disabled elderly is the result of multiple overlapping factors.There is an urgent need for professionals to strengthen risk identification,build diversified support networks,promote multi-sectoral collaboration to establish systematic integration mechanisms,and help the population integrate into society.
