目的 探讨手术室护理实践教学思政元素的实施效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选择2023年10-11月在某三级甲等医院手术室实习的64名护生为研究对象,对其实施融入思政元素的手术室护理实践教学,评价教学前后其职业价值观的变化。结果 教学结束后,护生职业价值观总分及各维度评分均高于教学前(均P<0.01)。结论 在手术室护理实践教学中融入思政元素,有利于正向塑造护生的职业认知,加强其职业认同。

Objective To explore the implementation effect of ideological and political elements in practice teaching of operating room (OR) nursing.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 64 nursing students who practiced in the OR of a tertiary A hospital from October to November 2023. OR nursing practice teaching integrated with ideological and political elements was implemented, and changes in professional values before and after the teaching were evaluated.Results After the teaching, the total score and dimension scores of nursing students' professional values were higher than those before the teaching (all P<0.01).Conclusions The integration of ideological and political elements into practice teaching of OR nursing helps positively shape nursing students' professional cognition and strengthen their professional identity.
