目的 编制癌症生存者重返工作单位支持问卷,并检验其信效度,为制订促进相关人群重返工作提供有效工具。方法 以社会支持理论为基础,通过文献回顾与半结构式访谈形成问卷初稿,经3轮德尔菲专家函询修订后进行预调查。2023年6-11月,便利抽样法选取江苏省4所三级医院癌症康复期随访且已重返或准备重返工作生存者(n=218)进行调查,对问卷进行项目分析和探索性因子分析。2025年5-8月,同法选取江苏、浙江两地区3所三级医院的同类患者(n=223)进行验证性因子分析。结果 问卷包含工作安排、情感支持、经济补助3个维度,共计20个条目。信度检验显示,总问卷的Cronbach's α系数为0.934;折半信度为0.826;重测信度Cronbach's α系数为0.947。效度检验显示,总量表水平内容效度指数为0.85,各条目水平内容效度指数为0.83~1.00;探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为64.662%。验证性因子分析结果显示模型拟合良好。结论 癌症生存者重返工作单位支持评估问卷具有良好的信效度,值得推广。

Objective To develop a workplace support questionnaire for cancer survivors' return-to-work (RTW) and test its reliability and validity, so as to provide an effective instrument for formulating strategies to promote RTW among cancer survivors.Methods Based on social support theory, a preliminary questionnaire was formulated through literature review and semi-structured interviews.Items were revised via three rounds of Delphi expert consultation, followed by a pilot survey.From June to November 2023,218 cancer survivors under follow-up in four tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu Province who had returned or planned to return to work were recruited by convenience sampling method for questionnaire item analysis and exploratory factor analysis (EFA).From May to August 2025,223 similar patients from three tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province were enrolled using the same method for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).Results The final questionnaire contained 3 dimensions (work arrangement, emotional support, and financial subsidy) with 20 items.Reliability testing showed that the overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.934; the split-half reliability was 0.826; the test-retest reliability was 0.947 for the total questionnaire.Validity testing indicated that the scale-level content validity index (S-CVI) was 0.85, and the item-level content validity index (I-CVI) ranged from 0.83 to 1.00.EFA extracted three common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 64.662%.CFA confirmed that the model fit was good.Conclusions The developed questionnaire demonstrates good reliability and validity, and is worthy of promoting.
