目的 基于决策双系统理论构建情境化应急案例学习系统(artificial intelligence for disaster awareness and crisis education,AI-dance),并评价护理本科生的使用体验,为教育实践提供系统化、可验证的理论与技术依据。方法 依托生成式人工智能开发系统,构建结构化案例库与情境化交互问答;采用便利抽样纳入五省市674名护理本科生为研究对象,通过用户交互满意度问卷(第7版)(questionnaire for user interaction satisfaction-7,QUIS-7)及半结构化访谈收集数据并进行整合分析。结果 系统总体评价较高,QUIS-7总分(214.25±42.66)分。访谈表明系统在知识诊断与反思学习方面效果良好,但情绪支持及护理专业适配性仍待优化。结论 AI-dance系统在护理本科生中接受度良好,未来需开展课程嵌入式干预研究,以验证其教学效果与专业适配性。

Objective To develop the scenario-based emergency case learning system (artificial intelligence for disaster awareness and crisis education,AI-dance) based on dual process theory (DPT),and to evaluate the user experience among undergraduate nursing students,so as to provide systematic and verifiable theoretical and technical evidence for educational practice.Methods The system was developed using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) to establish a structured case library and scenario-based interactive question answering.A total of 674 undergraduate nursing students from 5 provinces and cities were enrolled by the convenience sampling method.Data were collected using the questionnaire for user interaction satisfaction-7 (QUIS-7) and semi-structured interviews,and then analyzed comprehensively.Results The overall system evaluation was high,with a total QUIS-7 score of 214.25±42.66.Interviews showed that the system performed well in knowledge diagnosis and reflective learning,but emotional support and professional adaptation for nursing still needed to be optimized.Conclusions The AI-DANCE system is well accepted by undergraduate nursing students.Future curriculum-embedded intervention studies are needed to verify its educational effectiveness and professional suitability.
