目的 分析2015－2025年教育部人文社会科学研究项目中护理类项目的立项特征及研究热点,为护理学者优化选题、提升申报质量提供参考。方法 基于教育部人文社会科学研究项目数据库,提取2015年1月至2025年12月所有立项项目的完整信息,采用文献计量法和内容分析法,从立项数量、项目类别、学科分布、依托单位、研究热点等方面进行统计分析。结果 2015－2025年护理类项目累计立项135项,整体呈波动上升趋势,年均立项12.27项。项目类别以青年基金项目为主(83项,61.48%);学科分布集中于交叉学科/综合研究(86项,63.70%)和社会学(24项,17.78%);依托单位以医药类高校为核心(59.26%);研究热点可凝练为5大方向,涵盖患者心理与照护、老年健康风险、家庭-社区协同及慢性病管理等领域。结论 教育部人文社会科学研究项目对护理学科的支持力度逐渐增强,是护理学科交叉创新与青年学者成长的关键平台。

Objective To analyze the funding characteristics and research hotspots of nursing-related projects in the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Program of the Ministry of Education from 2015 to 2025,so as to provide references for nursing scholars to optimize research topics selection and improve application quality.Methods Complete data of all funded projects from January 1,2015 to December 31,2025 were extracted from the official database of the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Program of the Ministry of Education.Bibliometrics and content analysis were used to statistically analyze the number of grants,project types,disciplinary distribution,host institutions,and research hotspots.Results A total of 135 nursing-related projects were funded during 2015－2025,showing an overall fluctuating upward trend with an average of 12.27 projects per year.Youth Fund projects accounted for the majority (83 projects,61.48%).Disciplinary distribution was concentrated in interdisciplinary/comprehensive studies (86 projects,63.70%) and sociology (24 projects,17.78%).Medical universities were the main host institutions (59.26%).Five major research hotspots were identified, namely patient psychology and care,elderly health risks,family-community collaboration,and chronic disease management.Conclusions Support for nursing discipline in the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Program of the Ministry of Education has been gradually increasing,serving as a key platform for interdisciplinary innovation and the growth of young nursing scholars.
