随着人工智能技术在医疗领域的持续发展,护理专业对人工智能素养的要求日益提升。本文对《护理人工智能素养指南(N.U.R.S.E.S.框架)》进行解读,明确该框架既是护理人工智能素养的能力内涵框架,也是指导素养提升的实践路径框架。该指南围绕掌握人工智能基础、战略性运用人工智能、识别人工智能风险与陷阱、技能支持、伦理实践和塑造护理的未来6个维度,构建了护理人工智能素养的整体框架。结合我国护理实践现状,分析其专业价值与本土化应用方向,为我国护理人工智能素养的教育、临床与管理工作提供重要参照。

With the continuous advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the healthcare field, the demand for AI literacy among nursing professionals has been steadily increasing. This paper provides an interpretation of the "Artificial Intelligence Literacy for the Nursing Profession (N.U.R.S.E.S. Framework)", clarifying that this framework serves not only as a competency connotation for nursing AI literacy but also as a practical pathway for guiding literacy enhancement. The guidelines construct a holistic framework for nursing AI literacy across 6 dimensions: mastering AI fundamentals, strategically applying AI, identifying AI risks and pitfalls, skill support, ethical practice, and shaping the future of nursing. By integrating the current state of nursing practice in China, this paper analyzes its professional value and directions for localized application, providing important reference for nursing AI literacy education, clinical practice, and management in China.
