双一流护理院校承载培养卓越护理人才的使命,针对护理本科教育存在的学生职业信仰内化困难、复杂情境下应对能力不足、创新潜能未充分激发等痛点,本项目以新医科建设为指引,构建了以“仁爱引领、数智驱动、交叉融通”为核心的卓越护理人才培养模式,经过5年探索与实践,学生职业精神凸显、临床思维显著提升以及创新潜能得到充分激发。

Double first-class nursing colleges bear the mission of cultivating exceptional nursing professionals.In response to the pain points in undergraduate nursing education,such as difficulties in internalizing professional faith,insufficient ability to cope with complex situations,and inadequate stimulation of innovative potential,this project,guided by the construction of New Medicine,has developed an excellent nursing talent cultivation model “led by benevolence,driven by digital intelligence, and integrated by interdisciplinarity.” After 5 years of exploration and practice,students have demonstrated prominent professional spirit,significantly improved clinical thinking,and fully stimulated innovative potential.
