目的 通过CiteSpace可视化分析,探究数智技术在失智老人照护领域的研究热点和趋势,为相关领域研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学数据库、PubMed、Web of Science核心合集、Scopus、Embase数据库中相关文献,利用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件进行关键词共现、聚类及突现的可视化分析。结果 共纳入中文文献1115篇,英文文献2713篇,年发文量呈上升趋势。研究热点均围绕失智老人早期症状识别、人工智能、机器学习、生活质量、长期照护,研究趋势聚焦失智老人心理健康。结论 数智技术在失智老人照护中的研究发展迅速,各国应基于本国国情,聚焦数智技术的集群与应用,以有效缓解失智老人照护负担。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and trends in the application of digital intelligence technology in the care of older adults with dementia through CiteSpace visual analysis,and to provide reference for research in related fields.Methods Relevant literature was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Chinese Biomedical Database,PubMed,Web of Science Core Collection,Scopus,and Embase.CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was used for visual analysis of keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and burst detection.Results A total of 1,115 Chinese articles and 2,713 English articles were included,with an overall upward trend in annual publication volume.Research hotspots all centered around early symptom recognition in elderly people with dementia,artificial intelligence,machine learning,quality of life,and long-term care.Research trends focused on the mental health of the group.Conclusions Research on digital intelligence technology in the care of older adults with dementia is developing rapidly.Countries should act based on their national conditions,focus on the clustering and application of digital intelligence technologies to effectively alleviate the caregiving burden for such patients.
