目的 对虚拟现实技术在脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者康复训练中的研究进行范围综述,为后续研究提供参考。方法 依据范围综述框架,检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方等中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2025年5月1日,对纳入文献进行分析和总结。结果 共纳入45项研究,主要干预形式有虚拟情景训练、虚拟身体或镜像反馈训练及机器人或智能设备辅助训练,其中虚拟情景训练应用最广泛。评价指标主要以上肢运动功能、肌肉功能及日常生活活动能力为主,但对认知功能、心理状态等指标关注不足。结论 虚拟现实技术在脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者康复应用中存在异质性等问题,未来研究应优化组合与协同,为规范化应用提供依据。

Objective To conduct a scoping review of studies on the application of virtual reality (VR) for rehabilitation in patients with post-stroke upper limb dysfunction, and to provide reference for future research. Methods Following the scoping review framework, Chinese and English databases including PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, and Wanfang were searched from inception to May 1,2025. The included literature was analyzed and summarized. Results A total of 45 studies were included. The main intervention modalities were virtual scenario training, virtual body or mirror feedback training, and robot-assisted or intelligent device-assisted training, among which virtual scenario training was the most widely applied. The evaluation indicators mainly focused on the motor function, muscle function, and activities of daily living in upper limbs, whereas insufficient attention was paid to indicators such as cognitive function and psychological status. Conclusions The application of VR for rehabilitation in post-stroke upper limb dysfunction exhibit issues such as heterogeneity. Future research should optimize the combination and collaboration to provide a basis for standardized application.
