目的 系统评价和整合心力衰竭患者参与运动康复的真实体验。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库等数据库,检索时限为建库至2025年4月01日。结果 共纳入14篇文献,提炼19个结果,归纳为6个新类别,综合成3个整合结果:运动康复启动的困境体验、运动康复初期的适应体验和运动康复的长期获益体验。结论 心衰患者运动康复体验的动态演化提示临床实践应构建贯穿全程的延续性支持体系,促进患者从"被动接受治疗"到"主动管理健康"的行为转变。

Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate the real experiences of heart failure (HF) patients participating in exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation (ExCR). Methods Computerized searches were conducted in databases including PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP Database, with the search period from inception to April 01,2025. Results A total of 14 studies were included. 19 results were extracted and grouped into 6 new categories, which were further synthesized into 3 integrated findings:struggles to initiate exercise rehabilitation, the adaptation experience in the early stage of exercise rehabilitation, and the long-term benefit experience of exercise rehabilitation. Conclusions The dynamic evolution of experiences of HF patients participating in ExCR suggests that clinical practice should establish a continuous support system throughout the entire process, facilitating patients' behavioral transformation from "passively accepting treatment"to "actively managing health."
