目的 检索、评价并汇总乳腺癌自体组织乳房重建患者皮瓣管理的相关证据,为临床护理人员预防和管理皮瓣相关并发症提高参考依据。方法 系统检索了Up To Date、BMJ Best Practice、国际指南协作网、NCCN、Cochrane Library、中国医脉通指南网、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普、及万方等数据库的相关证据,检索时限为2016年3月至2026年1月。结果 本研究纳入17篇文献,包括临床决策3篇、指南4篇、专家共识5篇、证据总结1篇和系统评价4篇。从皮瓣选择与评估、术前风险预防、术中管理、皮瓣监测与并发症预防、出院指导以及随访与评价6个领域提取了24条最佳证据。结论 该研究的证据为临床医护人员规范化管理乳腺癌皮瓣移植患者提供了循证依据。

Objective To retrieve,evaluate,and summarize the evidence on skin flap care in breast cancer patients undergoing autologous breast reconstruction,and to provide reference for clinical nurses in preventing and managing flap-related complications.Methods UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,the Guidelines International Network,NCCN,Cochrane Library,Chinese Medlive Guideline Network,China Biology Medicine disc,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data were systematically searched for relevant evidence published from March 2016 to January 2026.Results A total of 17 publications were included,comprising 3 clinical decisions,4 guidelines,5 expert consensuses,1 evidence summary,and 4 systematic reviews.24 pieces of best evidence were extracted across 6 domains:flap selection and assessment,preoperative risk prevention,intraoperative management,flap monitoring and complication prevention,discharge guidance,and follow-up and evaluation.Conclusions The evidence summarized in this study provides evidence-based reference for clinical healthcare providers to standardize the management of breast cancer patients undergoing flap transplantation.
