目的 探讨养老机构认知障碍患者的照护员培训存在的问题及培训需求,为养老机构制订相关培训提供参考。方法 2023年12月至2024年3月,采用目的抽样法选取苏州市3所养老机构的认知障碍患者的照护员、机构管理者及认知障碍相关领域专家共22名受访者进行半结构式访谈,采用传统内容分析法对资料进行分析。结果 根据访谈资料共提炼出3个类属,即认知障碍患者的照护员知识欠缺、养老机构认知障碍患者的照护员培训存在不足及认知障碍专病照护培训的需求。结论 当前养老机构认知障碍患者的照护员普遍存在知识不足,现有培训体系在内容深度、师资配置、参与度及效果评估等方面亟待完善。建议养老机构针对上述问题,结合培训需求,开展认知障碍专病照护培训项目。

Objective To explore the problems and training needs in the training of dementia care workers in nursing homes,so as to provide a reference for nursing homes to develop relevant training programs. Methods From December 2023 to March 2024,purposive sampling was used to select 22 interviewees from three nursing homes in Suzhou,including dementia care workers,nursing home administrators,and experts in dementia-related fields.Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and the data were analyzed using conventional content analysis.Results Three categories were extracted from the interview data,namely insufficient knowledge of dementia care workers,deficiencies in dementia care training provided by nursing homes,and the need for specialized dementia care training.Conclusions Dementia care workers in nursing homes generally have knowledge gaps,and the existing training system needs to be improved in terms of content depth,faculty allocation,participation,and effect evaluation.It is recommended that nursing homes develop specialized dementia care training programs in response to these problems and training needs.
