目的 探讨脑卒中患者自我倡权的概念内涵及核心属性,为构建脑卒中患者自我倡权概念框架提供参考依据。方法 2023年10月至2024年2月,采用目的抽样法对郑州、洛阳两地2所医院的19例脑卒中患者、6名照顾者和8名医护人员进行半结构式访谈,运用内容分析法对资料进行分析。结果 脑卒中患者自我倡权的概念内涵可归纳为权益意识、自我认知、有效沟通、寻求支持和自主决策等5个主题以及14个亚主题。结论 脑卒中患者自我倡权的概念内涵具有多维度特征,内涵的界定为自我倡权相关研究提供了理论基础,对临床护理实践具有重要指导意义。

Objective To explore the conceptual connotation and core attributes of self-advocacy among patients with stroke,so as to provide a reference for constructing a conceptual framework of self-advocacy for stroke patients.Methods From October 2023 to February 2024,semi-structured interviews were conducted with 19 stroke patients,six caregivers,and eight healthcare professionals from two hospitals in Zhengzhou and Luoyang,Henan Province who were all selected by purposive sampling.Content analysis was used to analyze the data.Results The conceptual connotation of self-advocacy among stroke patients was summarized into five themes and fourteen sub-themes:awareness of rights and interests,self-cognition,effective communication,seeking support,and autonomous decision-making.Conclusions The conceptual connotation of self-advocacy among stroke patients is characterized by multiple dimensions. The definition of its connotation provides a theoretical foundation for research on self-advocacy and has important guiding significance for clinical nursing practice.
