目的 编制重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)护士对尊严死知信行问卷,并检验其信效度,为后续相关研究提供依据。方法 以知信行理论为框架,通过文献分析、质性研究、专家会议论证法、德尔菲专家函询法形成初始问卷。2024年3月,采用便利抽样法抽取国内320名ICU护士开展调查,对问卷进行信效度检验。结果 最终问卷包括知识、态度及行为3个维度,共计42个条目。问卷总Cronbach's α系数为0.920,问卷总体分半信度为0.965,问卷内容效度得分为0.97,探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为51.515%;验证性因子分析结果显示,初始模型拟合效果欠佳,故对模型进行修正,修正后的标准化模型拟合良好。结论 编制的ICU护士对尊严死知信行问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为测评工具进行临床应用。

Objective To develop a knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP) questionnaire on death with dignity for intensive care unit (ICU) nurses,and to test its reliability and validity,so as to provide a basis for subsequent research. Methods Guided by the KAP theory, an initial questionnaire was developed through literature analysis, qualitative research, expert panel consultation, and Delphi expert correspondence.In March 2024,a survey was conducted among 320 ICU nurses in China selected by convenience sampling to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The final questionnaire comprised three dimensions-knowledge,attitude,and practice-with a total of 42 items.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.920,the overall split-half reliability was 0.965,and the content validity score was 0.97.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 51.515%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the initial model fit poorly while after model modification,the standardized model fit well.Conclusions The developed KAP questionnaire on death with dignity for ICU nurses demonstrates good reliability and validity,and can be used as an assessment tool in clinical practice.
