总结了1例多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染的囊性纤维化患儿的护理要点，旨在为此类患儿的护理提供实践经验。护理过程中，通过实施噬菌体精准治疗的全程护理有效控制患儿感染；采用集束化气道廓清方法协助患儿清除气道痰液；联合多学科制订精细化营养管理方案改善患儿营养状况；同时实施分阶段心理干预提升患儿自我效能感。通过42d的精心治疗与护理，患儿恢复良好，顺利出院。

This case report summarizes the key nursing strategies for a child with cystic fibrosis complicated by multidrug-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, aiming to provide practical experience of reference value for the care of such children. During hospitalization, whole-process nursing care was implemented throughout the precise bacteriophage therapy to effectively control the infection. Bundled airway clearance techniques were applied to assist the child in expectorating sputum. A refined nutrition management plan was jointly formulated through multidisciplinary collaboration to improve the child's nutritional status. Meanwhile, staged psychological intervention was carried out to enhance the child's sense of self-efficacy. After 42 days of careful treatment and nursing, the child recovered well and was discharged in good condition.
